Health & Safety First at RedlineVR

  1. Equipment and play areas are disinfected after every use.

  2. All booths maintain a least 6 feet of separation.

We take the health and safety of all our guests and employees seriously at RedlineVR. We all share concerns about the risks of COVID-19. If we work together - members, guests and employees – we can reduce these risks.

We want to assure you that we are monitoring advice from the CDC, that we have staff scheduled to regularly clean and disinfect our facility, equipment and play areas. Furthermore, we will continue to follow the guidelines, instructions and recommendations of public health officials and the CDC.

To ensure everyone has the best experience at RedlineVR, the following rules and procedures have been put in place:

  • All guests musts wear a face mask throughout their visit, except during their gameplay. If you do not have a face mask, one will be available for purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy. Guests who fail to adhere to our mask policy may have their reservations canceled without refund.

  • Employees are required to wear face masks while in the facility. 

  • Equipment and play areas are disinfected after every use with UV-C sterilization. Employees wipe all surfaces of each player unit (headsets, handheld controllers, booths) with disinfecting wipes.

  • All booths maintain a least 6 feet of separation. Additional booth dividers have been erected.

  • All shared spaces and surfaces are cleaned hourly, including bathrooms, public areas, and the bar.
