How Do I Fill Out The Waiver?

You can do so at Redline VR, or ahead of time using this link. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/theravenroom/

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You will receive a full refund on your virtual bay rental if cancelled at least 24 hours before your reservation time or 48 hours for party packages. No refund will be given for cancellations inside of that window. You may reschedule your VR time at any time up to 24 hours before your reservation for no charge. Contact us by phone to change/cancel or inquire about a reservation. Late arrivals and no-shows will be held to the timeslot and not be given a refund.

Can I Wear Glasses?

That’s up to you! Our standard headsets are top of the line in visual quality, and many people who wear glasses are able to remove them while playing with no problem. While people usually think it’s more comfortable to play without glasses, our headsets are large enough to accommodate most frames.

Can Kids Come?

Thursday, Friday and Saturday after 6pm, we are 21+ only.

Minors accompanied by a guardian are allowed at all other times.

Youth Parties with children are great, but must end by 6pm every day.

What Is The Minimum Child Age?

Our premium VR headsets are not recommended for children under the age of 7, but that’s mostly becuase of hand-eye coordination and the inability to read. Children under the age of 5 might also have trouble seeing in the lenses as their eyes are not far enough apart to line up.

Why Can’t I Just Book Three Multiplayer Headsets Instead Of Booking A Party?

You can! But here are the perks you get when you book a party package:

- A table set up for food, gifts, snacks, cake, etc. If you want to set up a spread, you’ll need a party package.

- Ensure that your VR bays are all located together - being split up is a very real possibility during busy times… especially with others buying parties blocked together.

- Dedicated staff person assigned to your party to help curate the event, switch games, help people in and out of gear, etc. If you have a lot of people trying VR for the first time, this is the way to go.

- Work with us ahead of time on game selection, decorations, use of our microphone, music requests, etc.

Are You BYOB?

No. We have a full bar with a curated selection of craft beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.

Do You Have Food?

We do not have a kitchen but we do have a selection of light, pre-packaged snacks like nuts, popcorn, and candy. We recommend going to Cultivate by Forbidden Rootltivate- an amazing award winning brewery next door.

Can I Bring My Own Food?

It’s not uncommon for guests to order food to enjoy while at Redline VR, and in many cases we’re happy to provide things like paper plates and forks. However, in order to protect our equipment and the experience of other guests, the food you bring is subject to management discretion, and you may be asked to leave the gaming area while eating. Catering, family style, and anything requiring additional tables, is reserved for party rentals only.

Can you have a sandwich delivered? Sure. Can you set up a buffet to share? No. Can you nosh on some Buffalo wings with one hand while holding a controller in the other? C’mon. What would your mother say?

What Headsets Do You Have? How Much Do They Cost?

We have the Neo Pico 3 Pro headsets which (including the computer) will cost you around $3000 before games. Also, you’re likely to punch a dent in your television and wreck your ceiling fan. :) Redline VR is specifically set up to keep you safe in a friendly, intuitive, social environment.
